LEADERS IN TRAINING (LIT) PROGRAM
The LIT (Leaders in Training) Program at the Southeast Family YMCA will provide participants ages (13-15) the opportunity to develop leadership skills that go beyond camp. Participants will spend the majority of their time helping with various camp tasks, such as leading games and crafts or helping the camp staff with other activities. LITs will also spend time learning about important leadership skills such as communication, teamwork, and responsibility. LITs will be accountable to YMCA Staff while they are at camp.
