Our Y Summer Day Camps provide kids with a variety of imaginative activities that make sure they have fun while making new friends, building self-confidence and discovering the world around them.
We know that the Y is the starting point for many kids and teens to learn about becoming and staying active while developing lifelong healthy habits. When they play sports at the Y, kids build positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork all while gaining confidence in themselves.
YMCA Weight Loss Challenge
Make a resolution to lose with the YMCA Weight Loss Challenge, a 12-week program designed to assist participants in achieving their weight loss goals. Weekly sessions begin in January and will provide the guidance, support and motivation you need. Visit your branch's member services desk to register.

Here at the Y, we know that a child who swims builds confidence with every lap they make. Not only do we teach them how to build their confidence, we also teach them how to swim, the do's and don'ts of being safe around the water and life saving rescue skills. Our trained instructors make sure that your kids are learning the basics while learning how to splash.
