KICKSTART WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Our YMCA Kickstart Program focuses on weight loss and fitness. Best for those who understand the behaviors associated with successful weight loss and are looking for accountability.
This 8 week program will help you feel energized. Meetings are one and a half hours in length. Each session features 30 minutes of class room work. Class room time will focus on the simple food basics and journaling. The fitness portion is 60 minutes of activity in our wellness center.
Your coach will help motivate you through various workouts, while teaching you proper techniques for all fitness equipment.,Each session will guide you through a challenging workout designed to meet you at the fitness level that is safe for you. Trained Y facilitators will help you develop and achieve safe realistic goals.
- Our YMCA Weight Loss Support Program is an 8 week program. Each session features new themes and topics.

- Sessions are open to those 18 and older.
- Small groups ensure personal attention and promote interaction.
