Host Your Next Meeting at the Y
We offer three flexible, furnished rooms ideal for meetings, trainings, or community gatherings. Each space includes chairs, tables, power outlets, and WiFi—and you’re welcome to arrange the room to suit your needs. A display screen is available for an additional fee.
Please note: Birthday party rentals are handled separately. If you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion, visit our Birthday Party page to reserve a party space.
Rental Details
Policies & Setup
Rooms are available for public meetings and can be configured as needed. We simply ask that you return the space to its original condition when your gathering ends.
Technology
Power and WiFi are included with every room. A display screen can be reserved for an additional fee.
When to Reserve
Online reservation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before your meeting date.
For events scheduled within 3 days or more than 60 days out, please call or visit the front desk directly.
Approval Process
All reservations require approval. We’ll contact you within 2 business days to confirm your request or suggest alternatives.
