How It Works

Kids’ Club is our drop-in child care service that gives parents and caregivers time to focus on their wellness goals while children enjoy a safe, supervised environment. Children are actively engaged in age-appropriate activities while you're on-site at the Y.

Activities May Include:

  • Creative play and crafts
  • Story time and games
  • Indoor climbing structures or playgrounds (available at select branches)
  • Supervised free play and light physical activity

This service is included with family memberships and is available only while the parent or guardian is on YMCA property.

Why Choose Kids’ Club at the Y?

Peace of Mind for Parents

You can enjoy your workout knowing your child is just down the hall, having fun in a secure, supervised space.

Engaging and Active Fun

Kids stay moving and creative through age-appropriate play, games, crafts, and social time.

No Extra Fees

Included in your family membership—no reservations or extra cost required for this daily support.

Creating A Safe Environment

The YMCA of Greater Louisville works in partnership with families, staff and volunteers to protect children from child abuse.
