We offer you the opportunity to work with a Healthy Living coach to help you meet your goals. Whether you're just getting started or want a custom workout plan, we'll help you make the most of your Y membership!

Personal Training

We know that sometimes it can be hard to take the first steps to becoming healthier. That's why we're here for you, every day, to give you extra motivation and guidance. Our personal trainers can help you with weight loss, body toning, sport-specific training, injury prevention and post rehabilitation. They'll help you develop and reach your goals for a healthier you!

The Y's Healthy Living Challenges strive to help you lose weight in a healthy way. With the help of trained facilitators and a focus on nutrition and activity, you can find success in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight.
