Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) support professional development, build leadership skills, and create spaces of belonging for Y staff:
African American Resource Network
Focuses on leadership and personal growth while addressing racial equity and anti-racism efforts in our workplace.
Emerging Leaders Network
Empowers the next generation of Y professionals to connect, serve, and carry the Y’s mission forward.
LGBTQIA Resource Network
Fosters inclusion, support, and advocacy for LGBTQIA-identifying staff and allies across the organization.
Multicultural Leadership Network
Celebrates cultural diversity and works to create equitable, inclusive spaces for staff from all racial and ethnic backgrounds.
Women’s Leadership Network
Supports women-identified professionals in advancing their careers and raising awareness of gender equity in the workplace.
