Shelter House
Crisis shelter for teens ages 12–17 offering a safe place to reset, reconnect, and plan a healthier path forward.

Youth Development Drop-In Center
A daytime hub for young adults experiencing homelessness, offering practical support, connection, and self-sufficiency tools.

Street Outreach
Mobile support teams that meet youth where they are—providing essentials, encouragement, and pathways to safety.

Y-NOW Mentoring
Mentoring and group programming for youth ages 11–15 navigating the challenges of parental incarceration or addiction.

24/7 Shelter House
Shelter House offers 24/7 emergency housing for teens ages 12 to 17 who are in crisis. It provides a temporary, supportive space where young people and their families can begin to rebuild trust and stability.
Services Include:
- 24-hour staff support
- Case management and advocacy
- Access to medical care
- Transportation to and from school
- Life skills training and tutoring
- Family mediation services
- Referrals to additional community supports
- 20-bed residential dorm with meals and snacks provided daily
Most stays last 10–14 days. Services are free for youth and their families.

Youth Development Drop-In Center (YDC)
A supportive space for young adults ages 18–24 experiencing homelessness. The YDC helps young people build independence through access to basic needs, educational tools, job training, and emotional support.
Features Include:
- Computer and Learning Lab
- Gym and recreation space
- Private showers and laundry access
- Cardio and strength-training equipment
- Case management and life skills training
- Employment coaching and financial literacy
- Mental health referrals and housing assistance
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am-1 pm
Life skills sessions are offered from 1 pm-2 pm.
Street Outreach
Our Street Outreach Program supports teens and young adults ages 12–24 who are experiencing homelessness or unsafe conditions. Outreach teams travel throughout the community to provide immediate, person-to-person support. This includes:

- Food, water, hygiene supplies, and first aid
- Emergency shelter referrals
- Case management and follow-up
- Information about free, confidential community resources
- Support for those impacted by violence, trafficking, addiction, or aging out of foster care

Y-NOW Mentoring
Y-NOW serves youth ages 11–15 whose parents are incarcerated or battling substance use. It pairs youth with caring adult mentors and provides a year of structured support, beginning with a three-day retreat.
