What to Expect
When a teen is in crisis, sometimes the best first step is simply stepping away. Shelter House provides short-term housing and 24/7 support for teens ages 12–17 who need immediate safety, stability, and a path forward. Services are free and confidential for both youth and families.
From the first phone call, you’ll be met with compassion and guidance. Our staff works closely with youth and caregivers to stabilize the situation, restore communication, and build a plan for what comes next.
