How It Works

The Y’s Weight Loss Program helps adults build sustainable habits around nutrition, activity, and overall wellness. Guided by trained facilitators, you’ll set goals, track progress, and stay motivated through weekly group sessions.

Each session is 60 minutes and covers real-life strategies for healthier living, including:
