How It Works
Each birthday party includes a two-hour celebration, typically with an activity and a party room rental. Most packages include a T-shirt for the birthday child, decor, and a party host.
Deluxe options are available at many locations and include food, drinks, and themed decorations. Hosts may bring their own food and décor unless otherwise specified.
Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance, and deposits may be required.

- Party Types: Pool Party, Bounce Party, Kid’s Club Party
- Packages:
- Standard: Party room + activity (swim, bounce, or play) + decorations and T-shirt
- Deluxe: Includes pizza, drinks, themed decor, and optional ice cream
- Rates:
- Standard: Starting at $165–$245 for 20 guests
- Deluxe: +$140 upgrade
- Late Night Pool Option: Fridays 7–9pm
- Notes: Swim tests required for all swimmers under 14
Floyd County Family YMCA
- Party Types: Pool Party, Rock Wall Party
- Inclusions: Party room, lifeguard or belayer, decorations, treat bags, birthday T-shirt
- Rates: $205–$275 depending on member status and party type
- Requirements: Rock wall participants must be 6+, waiver required
YMCA at Norton Commons
- Party Types: Activity Party, Pool Party
- Setup: Use of Club Y and/or pool patio, host-led activities, tables and chairs
- Rates: $200–$400 depending on party type and number of kids
- Notes: Pool parties for ages 4–12 only; Sundays only
Oldham County Family YMCA
- Party Type: Kids’ Club Activity Party
- Setup: Two-hour block with staff assistance
- Rate: $200 for up to 20 children
Oldham County Indoor Arena
- Party Type: Sports Field Party
- Inclusions: One hour of field time + one hour in the party room, popcorn and fountain drinks
- Rate: $200 for up to 25 participants
- Activities: Dodgeball, soccer, flag football, and more
