WATER FITNESS CLASSES
Water fitness classes are the refreshing and cool way to get fit. These classes challenge participants without stressing their joints and provides members the opportunity to enjoy the water. Instructors lead small groups through water aerobics, core strengthening and much more. It's an ideal form of exercise for beginners to advanced and increases physical strength and endurance. All classes are free to facility members.

WATER FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Designed to promote cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, endurance and flexibility without the stress of a traditional land exercise.
An intense deep water class that incorporates cardiovascular fitness, core strengthening and toning. Flotation equipment is provided. Resistance equipment may also be used for additional toning.
Enjoy a warm pool, improve joint flexibility, reduce stiffness and pain. Increased muscle strength, coordination, endurance, stretching, and aerobic workout are included in this total body workout. Held in the shallow end of the pool.
