Financial Assistance at YMCA Camp Piomingo

We offer income-based, sliding scale financial assistance based on household income. Funds are limited and assistance may only be granted for one session per person.

Required Materials:

1. Completed Financial Assistance Application
2. Accompanying Documentation, including:
   • A copy of the first page of the most recent 1040 Tax Form for each adult (age 18+) in the household
   • Proof of income for each adult, such as:
     • Pay stubs (last two)
     • Social Security or disability checks
     • Bank statements showing government deposits (no W-2s accepted)
   • Documentation of full-time student status, if applicable
   • Documentation of any federal assistance (e.g., SNAP/food stamps, rent subsidy, TANF)
   • Student loan documentation, if applicable

After You Apply

• Please allow 7–10 business days for your application to be reviewed after all required documents are received. A staff member will confirm receipt via email.
• If approved, you’ll receive your award details via email.

To finalize your camper’s registration:

• Submit a $100 deposit to secure their spot
