Whether your camper is saddling up for the first time or growing their skills, our equestrian programs offer hands-on experiences with horses in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.

Equestrian Camps

Our equestrian programs are a popular part of Summer Overnight Camp at YMCA Camp Piomingo, offering a blend of barn time, riding instruction, and classic camp experiences.

Equestrian Camp (Ages 8–16): One-week or two-week sessions
Equestrian Mini Camp (Ages 7–12): 3-day, 2-night intro experience

Campers spend mornings with the horses and afternoons enjoying cabin activities, crafts, and adventures with their peers.
