How It Works
YMCA Leaders Club is a year-round leadership development and community service program for middle and high school students.
What to Expect:
- Weekly meetings focused on leadership, service, and personal development
- Volunteer opportunities that support YMCA programs and local initiatives
- Service events, social outings, and community engagement
- Regional rallies, optional spring break service trips, and Blue Ridge Leaders School
Junior Leaders (middle school): Participate in selected club events and activities alongside high school leaders, with age-appropriate responsibilities.
Senior Leaders (high school): Engage fully in service projects, skill-building workshops, and leadership roles within the YMCA and community.
This is a safe space where teens can be themselves, build lasting friendships, and discover what it means to lead with impact.
