Group and School Rentals and Programming

YMCA Camp Piomingo is passionate about impacting and connecting with our local community. We have had the pleasure of serving corporate retreats, family reunions, church retreats, school field trips and many other guests. Our facilities are available for seasonal rentals, offering programming, lodging and food preparation.

Rental Spaces

The following spaces are available to rent.

Rental fee is per day.

Indoor Spaces

  • Rec Hall: $250 per day
  • Dining Hall: $400 per day

Outdoor Spaces

  • Soccer Field and Pavilion: $150 per day
  • Chapel (Amphitheater): $150 per day

Overnight Lodging

Groups interested in staying overnight will live in our rustic cabins. Each cabin can sleep 10 people in wooden bunkbeds with foam mattresses. We have 4 units onsite that consist of 7-10 cabins and a bathhouse. Our bathhouses have 6 toilet stalls and 8 shower stalls. Please note that we do require an adult to stay in each cabin that has children under the age of 18.

Lodging fee is per person per night.

Weekdays

  • Sunday night-Thursday morning
  • $18 per person per night

Weekends

  • Thursday night-Sunday morning
  • $20 per person per night

Meals

Groups interested in having meals prepared onsite by our kitchen staff will eat in our dining hall. Meal service must be confirmed three weeks before group arrival to allow ample time for food and kitchen prep. Please inform camp staff of any dietary restrictions or food allergies 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Meal fee is per person per meal.

  • Breakfast (8 am): $7 per person
  • Lunch (12 pm): $7 per person
  • Dinner (6 pm): $10 per person
  • Snack: $4 per person

Activities and Programming

Groups interested in having activities run by our staff can select from the list below. We will work with your already existing schedule or create one based on the activities you choose.

Please note that groups larger than 10 will more than likely be broken down into smaller groups in order to rotate through the program areas in the given length of time.
