Throughout the year, we encourage you to complete different fitness challenges to improve your well-being while also having fun!
Fitness challenges are offered throughout the year at various locations. Challenge offerings may vary by location.

Challenges are open to YMCA facility members ages 18 and up. Some challenges may be open to the general public.
Offered throughout the year at the Southwest Family YMCA
- 50/100/200 Mile Bike and Run: Keep track of the miles you run or bike on our tracking sheet. When you reach 50/100/200 miles, you will receive a t-shirt that recognizes your hard work and announces you achievement!
Rates: $10 per participant (open to YMCA facility members only)
