We believe healthy living starts with healthy goals. We support members seeking realistic achievements not just in fitness, but also nutrition and mental well-being. See the healthy challenges that can help push you to be your best self.
Intro
Throughout the year, we encourage you to complete different fitness challenges to improve your well-being while also having fun!
Fitness challenges are offered throughout the year at various locations. Challenge offerings may vary by location.
Rates vary by challenge.
Challenges are open to YMCA facility members ages 18 and up. Some challenges may be open to the general public.

Upcoming Seasonal Challenges
Through the Grapevine Tuscany Tour
October 9-November 19, 2023; Northeast Family YMCA
This will be our 6 week cycling challenge for the Northeast YMCA. We will be virtually traveling through Tuscany. We will start in Pienza and ride to Florence. Our members will have weekly mileage goals and will receive a magnet at the end of the challenge. At the end of each week, members that achieve their weekly goal will be entered into a weekly drawing to receive Y swag.
Members can achieve their mileage in class, in the wellness center, outdoors, or at home.

Offered throughout the year at the Southwest Family YMCA
- 50/100/200 Mile Bike and Run: Keep track of the miles you run or bike on our tracking sheet. When you reach 50/100/200 miles, you will receive a t-shirt that recognizes your hard work and announces you achievement!
Rates: $10 per participant (open to YMCA facility members only)
