Class Overview

Sprint 8 GX is not your typical group training program. Unique in its design, Sprint 8 GX combines sprint-intensity cardio and unique strength-building movements. Tested and proven, Sprint 8 results go beyond just burning fat and building lean muscle to improving blood chemistry. The sprint intensity scales to your ability, so anyone can do it. 

The program consists of 20 min of Sprint 8 interval training, 20 min of strength training, and a stretch and flexibility session to finish.
