How It Works
Whether you're aiming to build endurance, improve pace, or train for your first 5K or half marathon, our YMCA Running Groups offer the structure and support you need to succeed.
Each training cycle includes:
- A customized training plan
- At least 1 group run per week for accountability and camaraderie
- Personal coaching from experienced staff
- Educational seminars covering form, recovery, nutrition, and more
- A specialized strength program to support injury prevention and performance
