How It Works
Whether you're focused on weight loss, injury recovery, strength, or sport-specific goals, our trainers tailor each session to your unique needs. You can choose from:
- One-on-One Training
Work directly with a certified personal trainer who will design a customized plan, provide instruction, and help you stay on track. - Partner Training
Share the session—and the motivation—with a friend or family member. One person pays for the session; the cost is reduced per person, but must be paid together. - Small Group Training
Train with a group of three to five people. Available at select branches only.
We offer both land-based and water-based training options to match your preferences.

Am I locked into a contract with monthly drafts?
No contracts are required. Personal training is month-to-month. Notify us at least five days before your next draft to cancel.
Can I change the number of sessions I receive monthly?
Yes, you can increase or decrease your draft for the following month with five days' notice.
Can I purchase extra sessions beyond my monthly draft?
Yes. Extra sessions are billed at the same rate as your drafted sessions. Future sessions cannot be used in advance.
Do you offer training for two people at once?
Yes. Our partner training option lets two clients share one session. One person pays the total fee, and reimbursement can be arranged privately.
What if I don’t use all my monthly sessions?
You may carry over up to two unused sessions into the following month. No more than two carryover sessions are allowed at any time.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Notify your trainer in writing (email or text) at least 24 hours before your session to avoid being charged. Late cancellations or no-shows will count as used sessions.
