Individual Training (60 minutes)
1 session: $45
Couple/Group Training (60 minutes)
1 session: $30 per person per session
3-4-5 SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Small group training at the Southwest Family YMCA is a fun, affordable way to add variety and intensify your exercise routine. Groups can be 3, 4 or 5 people and are taught by a personal trainer. You can train with your friends or family or jump in with a group and make new friends!
Training groups meet twice a week for a 4-week period and each session is 60 minutes. Meeting times are determined by participants and the trainer.
Facility Members: $160 per person per 4-week session (8 classes)
Program Members: $240 per person per 4-week session (8 classes)
