Weight Loss Program

This 8-week YMCA Weight Loss Program is designed to help participants achieve their weight loss success in a way that's both healthy and fun.

Each weekly, hour-long session will explore practical topics such as meal planning, healthy eating, and increasing physical activity. With this program, the support of our facilitators, and your fellow participants, you CAN achieve your goals!

Location: Floyd County Family YMCA
Dates and Times: June 12-June 31; Wednesdays, 6-7 pm
Ages: 18 years old and up
Rates: Facility member: $50; Program member: $75
