YOUTH FITNESS FUNDAMENTALS
Our Youth Fitness Fundamentals is our well-being program for kids and teens, ages 10-14 years old.
We focus on teaching good nutrition habits, muscle groups, and have hands on training with fitness circuit and cardio equipment. Completion of this course allows kids and teens to use the cardiovascular machines and selected strength machines in our lower Wellness Center. Try out our new Cynrgy functional equipment to put fun into your fitness.
You will meet with one of our trained wellness coaches to go over workout technique and proper use of equipment. Your choices include cardio machines, Cynrgy circuit, TRX, ropes, bands, free-style exercise and, depending on child's height and size, our Cybex Strength Circuit (excluding free weights). Please make sure that you are dressed in comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.
