Safety Check

All staff: identify bright spots and recognize excellence, look for child safety concerns and ensure facility is safe to prevent accidents.

Audit (supervisor level): planned assessment of staff performance either staged or live.

Observation (supervisor level): assessment of real-time staff performance and adherence to best practices and expectations.

Drill (all staff): practice run of procedures for predetermined emergency.
