Get fit in the pool! Participate in water workouts that will challenge your entire body. Please note this is not a comprehensive list and class offerings and schedules vary by YMCA location. Water Energy: This is a high energy/high intensity class! The instructor focuses on cardio variations and challenging endurance exercises that strengthen your heart, lungs and body.
Water Fit: More intense cardiovascular exercise class that utilizes barbells, buoyancy equipment and resistance equipment for a challenging aerobic exercise.
Water Fit Plus: Designed to promote cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, endurance and flexibility without the stress of a traditional land exercise.
Deep Water: An intense deep water class that incorporates cardiovascular fitness, core strengthening and toning. Flotation equipment is provided. Resistance equipment may also be used for additional toning.
