Reservation Policies and Pricing

Room Information

Meeting Rooms A and B are both on the second floor of our facility. Elevator access is available. The rooms are separated by a sliding wall. You have the option to rent one or both rooms.

Both rooms come furnished with chairs, tables, and a large display monitor. WiFi and power outlets are available in both rooms. A/V is available through HDMI and USB connection. We will provide 30 minutes before your meeting for you or your team to set up. If additional time is needed, please let us know during confirmation.

Rental Fees

  • Meeting Room A: $100 for the 1st 2 hours, $25 per hour after.
  • Meeting Room B: $100 for the 1st 2 hours, $25 per hour after.
  • Both Meeting Rooms: $200 for the 1st 2 hours, $25 per hour after.

Minimum rental time is 2 hours. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations

The cancellation deadline is 7 days prior to your event date. The deposit is non-refundable after the cancellation deadline. If you need to cancel your request, please stop by the front desk or call.

Reservation Window

  • Online reservation requests must be made at least 10 days prior to the meeting date. If your meeting date is fewer than 10 days away or more than 120 days away, please call or stop by the front desk.
  • Rooms can be reserved during the following hours:
    • Monday-Friday: 6 am-7 pm
    • Saturdays: 8 am-3 pm
    • Sundays: 12 pm-3 pm

All room reservation requests require approval. We will attempt to contact you within 48 hours to either confirm your reservation or help you reschedule for another time.
