KICK START PROGRAM
You know what you need for a healthy lifestyle but want a kick start to get you motivated? This is the class for you!
Your instructor will help you feel energized and get on track to a healthier lifestyle in this 8-week program. With 30 minutes of simple food basics and journaling and 60 minutes of guided workouts, your coach will motivate you to achieve safe, realistic goals. Designed for all skill levels.

FIND YOUR HEALTHY WEIGHT
Lose weight and keep it off by building a balanced lifestyle that works for you! This 8-week program meets weekly for one hour, and features themes and topics like menu planning, staying motivated, knowing your fats and more. Small groups ensure personal attention and promote interaction. Trained facilitators will help you develop and achieve healthy, realistic goals.
