Children will have the opportunity to make their summer active and fun through crafts, sports, indoor and outdoor games, new friends and other fun ways to discover who they are. Although still structured, YMCA Summer Camps are more relaxed than the school routine and offer time and freedom for spontaneous play.

Choose Your Camp

Kermit Camps

Ages 4-5

Camp Kermit is meant for our youngest kids who have not entered Kindergarten. We focus on short, interactive activities to keep your child's interest all day. Activities will include crafts, STEM, art and science projects, songs and a variety of games.

We have a rest time in the afternoon to recharge so kids can finish the day strong Ages 4-5 MUST BE POTTY TRAINED.

Explorer Camp - Green Valley

Ages 6-10

Camp Floyd utilizes a variety of art and science projects. The focus of this program is structured, engaging activities and projects. We're excited to be back at Green Valley Elementary School to play and learn at this summer.

We have a new school, playground and soccer field to explore this summer. The ages for this program is 6-10 year old.

Explorer Camp - Wesley Chapel

Ages 6-13

Wesley Chapel is mostly outdoors and gives campers the opportunity to explore nature everyday. This camp is perfect for any child who wants to be outside and active all day.

Our focus is on doing exciting things while nurturing relationships. We will hike, play games, swim, cook on a campfire, and enjoy lots of summer field trips.

Horizon Camps

Ages 10-13

Horizon Summer Adventure offers more than your average camp day. Kids will be able to have a say in what they do each week, including managing a budget and the interest of all in the group.

We will have speakers come in as well as many short walking trips around downtown New Albany. We will have the opportunity to give back with community service opportunities each week.
