We offer One-on-One sessions that focus on your history, lifestyle and goals. Partner sessions are also available for getting motivated together.
NEW - VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING OPTION
Virtual Personal Training at the Y brings motivation, accountability and coaching directly to you at your location, on your time. You will experience one on one expert coaching with a Certified Personal Trainer via video chat that is designed to assist you in achieving your health and wellness goals no matter how big or small. You will have the option to select virtual personal training during the registration process.

PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS
Our Personal Training enrollment allows Y members to register for individual training sessions or the ease of ongoing training through monthly bank draft.
Drafts can be set for the 1st of the month, and allows you the convenience of ongoing training without the hassle of continuous enrollment.
1-ON-1 TRAINING - 60 MINUTE SESSION
Individual session: $55 (No bank draft)
4 sessions/month: $200 ($50/session on bank draft)
8 sessions/month: $360 ($45/session on bank draft)
12 sessions/month: $480 ($40/session on bank draft)
1-ON-1 TRAINING - 30 MINUTE SESSION
Individual session: $35 (No bank draft)
4 sessions/month: $120 ($30/session on bank draft)
8 sessions/month: $220 ($27.50/session on bank draft)
12 sessions/month: $300 ($25/session on bank draft)
*PARTNER TRAINING (2 PEOPLE) - 60 MINUTE SESSION
Individual session: $90 (No bank draft)
4 sessions/month: $320 ($80/session on bank draft)
8 sessions/month: $560 ($70/session on bank draft)
12 sessions/month: $720 ($60/session on bank draft)
